Maintenance of Saga Falabella’s e-commerce back-office system

For several years, we have supported Saga Falabella, Peru’s leading e-commerce company, by providing IT maintenance for its back-office system. Our work has included automating electronic invoicing, enabling automatic document delivery, and integrating new payment methods such as Quick Pay and FPay—improving both the agility and security of each transaction.

We have also participated in key projects such as Marketplace implementation, Linio integration, invoicing for Crate & Barrel, and the Scan & Go purchasing mode, all designed to create more flexible, user-centered digital experiences. In addition, we developed the corporate Andes project—implemented across several Falabella Group countries—along with tools for managing large-scale credit notes and providing high-performance support during Cyber events, ensuring stability even during peak sales periods.

Energy - RER

Information management system for electric generation using renewable energy resources (RER)

We developed a management system for the Programa para la Gestión Eficiente y Sostenible de los Recursos Energéticos del Perú (PROSEMER) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, which facilitates the administration of renewable energy resource (RER) electricity generation auctions and the monitoring of awarded projects. This tool promotes a more agile, transparent, and sustainable management within the sector.

Energy - Electric Grid Operations

Implementation of an operation and maintenance task management system for the electric grid

The system allows different areas of PLUZ—mainly maintenance and operations—to send tasks to the Technical Data unit through a central server, enabling updates to the electric grid. This new system aims to centralize, distribute, and monitor the tasks necessary to keep the grid up to date, improving the efficiency and traceability of these activities.

As a complementary feature, it can receive responses from other systems such as SAP ERP, allowing Technical Data to be informed of the results of any external operation and act accordingly.

Supervision Systems

Implementation of an integrated management platform for the registration of natural gas installers

A web-based system was implemented for the comprehensive management of the certification process for natural gas installers in categories G1, G2, and G3. The system incorporates a workflow involving personnel in charge of supervising Osinergmin’s natural gas business, certification companies, and natural gas installers, both individuals and legal entities. Furthermore, the system was integrated with other institutional supervision and inspection platforms of Osinergmin, as well as external systems such as RENIEC, SUNAT, and SUNEDU for data validation, ensuring interoperability and full process traceability.

A Judicial Case Management System was developed and implemented for the Corporate Legal and Regulatory Affairs Management Office of FONAFE. This intuitive and user-friendly web system was custom-built to meet user requirements. It enables the management of case files for both MEF and FONAFE portfolios, activity tracking (judicial actions), electronic notifications, and more, ensuring efficiency and transparency in legal process management.
